3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Large printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and EOS P 770 allow us print rapidly with part sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
