Depending on the type of material you choose; we strive for a 4-5 business day turnaround time.
How do I locate my tracking number after my order has been marked completed?
You will receive an email from JawsTec with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
What materials do you print with?
We offer Glassed Filled Nylon PA12 with an MJF process, PA12 with an SLS process, Nylon PA12 with an MJF process, MJF Polypropylene, MJF Nylon 11, and TPU.
Does Tumbling or Polishing affect the dimension on my finished part?
It could affect your dimension by .05mm.
What wall thickness should I have on my parts?
We recommend your wall thickness be at or above 1 mm.
What type of files does your quote engine support?
Our quote engine will accept STL, OBJ, STP, or STEP files.
Do you offer Rush Production?
Yes, you can select rush production on our quote page. Rush production orders must be placed by 1:00 pm MST in order to start printing same day.
Will you share my files with anyone or share them on social media?
No, we keep your files and finished parts 200% confidential unless otherwise specified from you, the customer.
Can I email you my order or place it by phone?
In order to keep track of our high demand for orders daily, we prefer that you place your order online.
Do you offer scanning off an existing model?
Yes, we charge $125 per part to scan.

How big can my part be to be printed in a single section?
The HP MJF machines have a print area of 380 x 280 x 380mm. The EOS machines have a print area of 340 x 340 x 600mm
What type of printers do you use?
We use the HP MJF 5210 machines, the EOS P450 machines and , EOS M280.
What type of files can I 3D print off of?
We can print from almost any 3D cad file type. STL files are the preferred method.
What resolution are your prints?
Our layer thickness is 80 microns in MJF and 120 microns in SLS.
