3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. Large printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and EOS P 770 allow us print rapidly with part sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". The ability to print complex designs and geometries using 3D printing makes it a highly versatile method of manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec can cut sheet metal quickly and accurately with CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines. The metals we manufacture parts with include steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum sheet metal. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
