    • Is the default surface finish right out of the printer after all the excess power has been removed by our PowerShot C.

    • Is the part being tumbled in our PowerShot S and then manually shot-peened, this provides a smooth finish to your part.

  • What type of printers do you use?
    We print using the MJF 5600 Pro machines from HP, along with the EOS P396/P770 and XYZ 230 machines.
  • Will you share my files with anyone on social media?
    No, we keep your files and finished parts confidential unless otherwise specified by you, our customer.
  • Do you offer 3D scanning off an existing model?
    At this time, we do not offer this service.
  • Do you print in color?
    We now offer multiple colors for our MJF and SLS processes. In order to get a quote, you will need a .3MF file.
  • What kind of turn-around time can I expect?
    We strive for a 4-5 business day turnaround time. Post processing can add additional time to orders.
  • Can I email or phone in an order?
    We prefer that orders are placed in our instant quote engine. If you need help through the process, please contact us.
  • Do you offer rush production?
    We offer rush production on several 3d printing materials, which you can select on our quote page. Your rush production orders must be placed by 2:00 MST to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 MST will be delayed by one business day.
  • Does tumbling, polishing, or vapor polishing affect the dimensions of my parts?
    These processes may affect the dimensions of your parts by 0.05 mm or less.
