Jawstec is committed to our customers and accepts returns for refunds or exchanges, subject to the following:
For all 3D pre-printed parts (non-custom) we accept returns up to 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days has passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Pre-printed parts must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note that custom 3D printing purchases can only be returned if there is a printing defect. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for properly manufactured custom orders.
Before returning an item you must have a valid Return to Manufacturer Authorization number. To receive an RMA contact us at (208) 417-2460 or email us at info@jawstec to explain the reason for the request to return, your order number, and whether you would like your return to be processed as a refund or an exchange. If conditions are met, we will issue you an RMA number to be included in your package with the returned item. We do not accept returns for which an RMA has not been issued by our team.
Pack the item in the box that it was originally received to prevent damage in transit. Buyers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping and insurance for the return shipment.
Within 3-5 days after the item is received, a credit will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on the policies of your bank, this refund may take between 1-10 business days to show up.
