Frequently Asked Questions from Mandeville Clients

Do you have a physical fabrication shop in Mandeville, LA?

We do not operate a local facility in Mandeville. All aluminum sheet metal fabrication is performed at our advanced, high-capacity plant in Idaho. This centralized approach allows us to achieve superior efficiency and offer highly competitive pricing to our Louisiana clients, with reliable shipping.

What types of aluminum alloys are best for marine applications in Mandeville?

For marine environments common around Mandeville, we frequently recommend 5052 H32 aluminum due to its excellent corrosion resistance, especially against saltwater. 6061 T6 is also popular for structural components where higher strength is required.

Can JawsTec handle large production runs for industrial equipment in Louisiana?

Absolutely. Our facility is equipped with automated machinery designed for high-volume production. Whether you need a few prototypes or thousands of identical parts for a major industrial project, we have the capacity to meet your demands with consistent quality and efficiency.

Do you offer assembly or post-fabrication finishing services?

Yes, we provide a full range of services beyond cutting and bending. This includes TIG and MIG welding, hardware insertion (PEM nuts, studs, standoffs), deburring, and various finishing options to deliver parts ready for your next stage of production or final use.
