Why Milwaukee Manufacturers Choose JawsTec for Metal 3D Printing

Milwaukee and the broader Wisconsin region have a rich history in heavy manufacturing, automotive, and industrial machinery. These sectors demand robust, high-performance parts, and traditional methods often face limitations in complexity and lead time.

We offer a strategic advantage for your metal additive needs:

  • Superior Material Properties: We specialize in industrial-grade metal alloys like Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium, essential for the demanding applications found in Milwaukee's industries.
  • Design Freedom & Consolidation: Metal 3D printing allows for complex geometries, internal channels, and part consolidation, leading to lighter, stronger components for your engines, tools, and equipment.
  • Accelerated Prototyping & Production: From functional prototypes to low-volume production runs, our Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) processes deliver precision metal parts faster than conventional fabrication.

Frequently Asked Questions from Milwaukee Metal 3D Printing Clients

Can I pick up my metal 3D printed parts in Milwaukee?

We do not have a physical storefront or pick-up location in Milwaukee. All metal parts are manufactured at our state-of-the-art facility in Idaho and shipped directly to your business or facility. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and specialized equipment not typically available locally.

What metal materials do you offer for DMLS/SLM?

We offer a range of industrial metal alloys including Stainless Steel (17-4 PH, 316L), Inconel 718, Titanium (Ti6Al4V), and Aluminum (AlSi10Mg). Each material has specific properties suited for different applications, from high strength to corrosion resistance. Our team can help you select the best material for your Milwaukee-based project.

How does metal 3D printing benefit industrial applications in Wisconsin?

Metal 3D printing offers significant advantages for Wisconsin's industrial sectors by enabling the creation of complex, lightweight, and durable parts that are impossible or too costly with traditional manufacturing. This includes custom tooling, jigs, fixtures, functional prototypes for heavy equipment, aerospace components, and specialized parts for automotive and machinery, accelerating innovation and reducing lead times.
