Why Port Orange Businesses Choose JawsTec for Metal 3D Printing

Port Orange and the broader Central Florida region, with its strong ties to aerospace, marine, and defense, demands precision and high-performance components. Traditional manufacturing can be slow and costly for complex metal parts.

We offer a strategic advantage for your metal additive manufacturing needs:

  • Performance Materials: Access industrial-grade metals like Inconel for high-heat applications or Ti64 for lightweight strength, crucial for demanding Florida industries.
  • Complex Geometries: Unleash design freedom with DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) to create intricate internal structures, lightweight lattice designs, and consolidated assemblies impossible with conventional methods.
  • Rapid Iteration: Despite the complexity of metal printing, our streamlined process and advanced facility allow for quicker turnaround on prototypes and low-volume production, getting your parts from design to delivery in days.
  • Cost Efficiency: Our Idaho-based operations translate to significantly lower overheads, allowing us to offer competitive pricing on premium metal 3D printing services, often beating local Florida rates.
