Frequently Asked Questions from Southlake & DFW Clients

Can I pick up my metal parts in Southlake?

We do not have a physical storefront in Southlake or the DFW metroplex. All metal parts are manufactured at our high-capacity facility in Idaho and shipped directly to you. This model allows us to keep costs significantly lower than many local service bureaus while maintaining 2-3 day delivery times to Texas.

Do you offer post-processing for metal parts (e.g., machining, heat treatment)?

Yes, we offer a range of post-processing options for metal 3D printed parts, including heat treatment (stress relief, HIP), CNC machining for critical features, surface finishing (polishing, bead blasting), and quality inspection (CT scanning, dimensional checks). Please specify your requirements in your quote request.

What metal materials are best for aerospace applications in Texas?

For aerospace clients, we commonly recommend Titanium (Ti6Al4V) for its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, and Inconel 718 for high-temperature and high-stress environments. Our team can help you select the optimal material based on your specific application and design requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
