Why Twentynine Palms Industries Choose JawsTec for Metal 3D Printing

Twentynine Palms, situated in the high desert, is an important hub for defense operations and supports a variety of local industries requiring robust and specialized parts. Traditional manufacturing can be slow and costly for low-volume metal components, especially for mission-critical applications.

We offer a strategic advantage for your metal part needs:

  • Extreme Durability: Print in aerospace-grade metals like Inconel and Titanium, ideal for the demanding desert environment and critical applications common in the region.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Production: From crucial one-off replacement parts for heavy machinery to small-batch production for specialized equipment, our direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) process delivers quickly.
  • Complex Geometries: Create intricate, lightweight designs impossible with traditional methods, perfect for optimizing performance in defense, automotive, or industrial components.
