CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Waterject cutting and CNC Laser machines are used for cutting metal quickly and accurately. The metals we manufacture parts with include steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum sheet metal.
