Large printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and EOS P 770 allow us print rapidly with part sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
Waterject cutting and CNC Laser machines are used for cutting metal quickly and accurately. Materials that can be cut and bent to your specifications include aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper sheet metal. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
