3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". The ability to print complex designs and geometries using 3D printing makes it a highly versatile method of manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
Waterject cutting and CNC Laser machines are used for cutting metal quickly and accurately. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
