Frequently Asked Questions from Dayton-Area Clients
Can I visit your facility in Englewood, Ohio?
We do not operate a physical manufacturing plant or storefront in Englewood. All parts are produced at our high-capacity facility in Idaho and shipped directly to your location. This model allows us to offer significantly lower costs compared to local Ohio job shops while maintaining fast 3-day delivery times to the Dayton area.
What materials are common for aerospace components you manufacture?
For aerospace and defense applications, we frequently machine Aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), Stainless Steel (303, 304, 17-4PH), and high-performance plastics like Ultem and PEEK. These materials are chosen for their strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and specific performance characteristics required by the industry.
How do you ensure quality for critical parts for the automotive industry?
Our facility is ISO 9001 certified, and we employ rigorous quality control procedures at every stage, from material sourcing to final inspection. This includes CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspections, comprehensive dimensional checks, and material certifications to ensure every part meets the stringent specifications demanded by the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors.
