3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Materials that can be cut and bent to your specifications include aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper sheet metal. JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
