3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. We use commercial grade printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5210 and the EOS P 396 which allow us to print parts up to 15" x 15" x 19" quickly. 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. Submit your .step, .stp, .stl, or .zip files for a free quote and receive your parts quickly upon placing your order.

Our Team

JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
