3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec can cut sheet metal quickly and accurately with CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
