3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. The ability to print complex designs and geometries using 3D printing makes it a highly versatile method of manufacturing.
CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. The metals we manufacture parts with include steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum sheet metal. JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
