3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. We use commercial grade printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5210 and the EOS P 396 which allow us to print parts up to 15" x 15" x 19" quickly. Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Waterject cutting and CNC Laser machines are used for cutting metal quickly and accurately. The metals we manufacture parts with include steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum sheet metal. Our Team
JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
