JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. Fulfilling single part and small-batch orders is just as cost-effective as producing mass quantities, making it a very suitable method for On-Demand Manufacturing.
Sheet Metal Fabrication

JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
