3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. Large printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and EOS P 770 allow us print rapidly with part sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. Fulfilling single part and small-batch orders is just as cost-effective as producing mass quantities, making it a very suitable method for On-Demand Manufacturing.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Materials that can be cut and bent to your specifications include aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper sheet metal. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
