3d Printing
JawsTec prints quality parts across multiple industries using materials such as TPU, Nylon, and Polypropylene. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". The ability to print complex designs and geometries using 3D printing makes it a highly versatile method of manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
