3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a very versatile method of production making it well suited for On Demand Manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
