3d Printing
JawsTec prints quality parts across multiple industries using materials such as TPU, Nylon, and Polypropylene. Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. Fulfilling single part and small-batch orders is just as cost-effective as producing mass quantities, making it a very suitable method for On-Demand Manufacturing.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec can cut sheet metal quickly and accurately with CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines. The metals we manufacture parts with include steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum sheet metal. Our Team
JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
