3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. We use commercial grade printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5210 and the EOS P 396 which allow us to print parts up to 15" x 15" x 19" quickly. 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
Waterject cutting and CNC Laser machines are used for cutting metal quickly and accurately. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
