3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. We use commercial grade printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5210 and the EOS P 396 which allow us to print parts up to 15" x 15" x 19" quickly. The ability to print complex designs and geometries using 3D printing makes it a highly versatile method of manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. Fulfilling single part and small-batch orders is just as cost-effective as producing mass quantities, making it a very suitable method for On-Demand Manufacturing.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Materials that can be cut and bent to your specifications include aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper sheet metal. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
