3d Printing
JawsTec prints quality parts across multiple industries using materials such as TPU, Nylon, and Polypropylene. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a very versatile method of production making it well suited for On Demand Manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. Fulfilling single part and small-batch orders is just as cost-effective as producing mass quantities, making it a very suitable method for On-Demand Manufacturing.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec uses CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines to cut metals with precision and accuracy. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
