3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. Manufacturing small-batch orders versus mass quantities is just as cost-effective with CNC milling.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec can cut sheet metal quickly and accurately with CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
