3d Printing
JawsTec uses Nylon, TPU, and Polypropylene MJF to print high-quality parts across many industries. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a very versatile method of production making it well suited for On Demand Manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Parts are produced from a variety of metals or plastics using lathes, milling, and laser machines. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.


Sheet Metal Fabrication
JawsTec can cut sheet metal quickly and accurately with CNC Laser and Waterjet cutting machines. Choose from a variety of metals inculding stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal to be cut and bent to product specifications. Submit your .step, .stp, .stl, or .zip files for a free quote and receive your parts quickly upon placing your order.

JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
