3d Printing
JawsTec prints high-quality parts using Nylon, Polypropylene MJF, and TPU. Commercial printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 4210 and the EOS P 450 Integra allow for rapid production with high volume levels and for print sizes up to 15" x 15" x 19". 3D printing is a very versatile method of production making it well suited for On Demand Manufacturing.


CNC Milling
Lathes, milling, and laser machines are utilized to manufacture parts out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, and other materials. For high precision and accuracy, JawsTec uses commercial grade machines such as the HAAS DM-2 Mill and the Trak 1840V Lathe. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
