3d Printing
JawsTec prints quality parts across multiple industries using materials such as TPU, Nylon, and Polypropylene. Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. JawsTec uses commercial machines like the Track DPM and Haas SL-30 for high levels of precisions on the parts produced. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.
Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our Team
JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development. JawsTec’s team has grown to over 30 employees and they look to expand even more as they aim to be one of the leading 3D printing and fabrication services around the globe.
