We use commercial grade printers like the HP Multi-Jet Fusion 5210 and the EOS P 396 which allow us to print parts up to 15" x 15" x 19" quickly. 3D printing is a well suited process for On Demand Manufacturing with the versatiltiy it offers in the designs it can print.
CNC Milling
Parts are manufactured out of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials using laser, lathes, and milling machines. The HAAS EC400 Mill, Trak DMP Mill, and similar commercial machines are used to achieve high levels of precision. CNC milling works well with On-Demand Manufacturing as it is just as cost-effective to produce small-batch orders versus large quantities.
Sheet Metal Fabrication

JawsTec was founded in 2017 by Oscar Klassen and is headquartered in American Falls, ID. They purpose to hire recent high school graduated from local schools in rural Idaho and teach them about manufacturing and production development.
