Why New Iberia & Louisiana Companies Choose JawsTec

New Iberia, situated in the heart of Acadiana, is a vital hub for Louisiana's diverse economy, including robust oil & gas, marine, and agricultural sectors. Businesses in this region demand high-quality, durable components with efficient turnaround times, whether for prototyping specialized equipment or producing end-use parts.

JawsTec offers a strategic advantage for New Iberia and Louisiana businesses:

  • Industry-Specific Materials: We specialize in engineering-grade plastics like MJF Polypropylene and Nylon 12, ideal for the demanding conditions often found in Louisiana's industrial environments. These materials offer excellent durability, chemical resistance, and design flexibility.
  • Unmatched Scalability & Speed: Our advanced Idaho facility operates a vast array of HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and EOS Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) machines. This allows us to scale production from single prototypes to tens of thousands of parts rapidly, ensuring your project meets tight deadlines with reliable delivery to New Iberia.
  • Significant Cost Savings: By centralizing our high-volume additive manufacturing operations, we significantly reduce overheads. This efficiency translates directly into lower per-part costs for our Louisiana customers, offering a competitive edge without compromising on quality or speed.
