    How do I locate my tracking number after my order has been marked completed?

    What wall thickness should my parts have?

    We recommend your wall thickness be at or above 1 mm. Any wall thickness under 1mm we do not guarantee print quality.

    We print using the MJF 5600 Pro machines from HP, along with the EOS P396/P770 and XYZ 230 machines.

    Our layer thickness is 80 microns in MJF and 120 microns in SLS.

    We now offer multiple colors for our MJF and SLS processes. In order to get a quote, you will need a .3MF file.

    What materials do you 3D print with?

    We offer MJF Glassed-Filled Nylon PA12, MJF Nylon PA12, MJF PA12 Smooth, MJF Nylon PA11, TPU 1301, SLS PA12 (XYZ Machine), and SLS PA2200 (EOS Machine). Coming soon: Metal printing.

    SLS PA12 is our recycled powder and SLS PA2200 is our premium fresh powder.
